1991 Foshan Inder was founded. The company is a joint venture between Taiwan Achem Technology Corp. (62.3%) and China Foshan Plastic Group Co., Ltd. (37.7%).
1994 Factory relocated to current site with total area of 48,000 square meters, total registered capital was increased to US$ 14.12 million.
